Mike Rodgers is the senior vice president of the facilities management and shared services department at EMCOR Government Services.
Rodgers leads 600 employees and oversees maintenance, logistics, security, janitorial and administrative services operations for 25 million square feet of property.
The 29-year public sector veteran has worked in functions such as contract management, FAR compliance and other functions related to federal procurement, contract administration, policies and practices.
Rodgers started his career at Charles E. Smith Management, now a subsidiary of EMCOR, as an operating engineer.
Rodgers holds masters degree in government contracting from George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management and Systems, along with the BOMI Maintenance Administrator and Real Property Administrator designations.
He is a member of the Association of Energy Managers, Association of Professional Energy Managers, National Fire Protection Association, The American Society of Notaries, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Society of Real Property Administrators and The American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
