Jacobs Engineering Group is set to acquire Australian professional services company Sinclair Knight Merz after Sinclair’s board approved the transaction.
The Australian Federal Court has scheduled a Dec. 10 hearing to decide on final approval of the proposed transaction, Jacobs said Friday.
Both companies expect to close the deal shortly after the hearing, pending the court’s decision.
