BoozAllenLogoBooz Allen Hamilton has won 12 contracts with a total combined ceiling value of more than $55 million to perform health services for the U.S. military.

All contracts were won since Sept. 1 from the departments of the Navy, Air Force and Army, as well as the Defense Health Agency, Booz Allen said Thursday.

Andrea Inserra, Booz Allen senior vice president, said the company intends to deliver clinical services, process improvements and analytics to customers under the contracts.

Booz Allen will serve as prime contractor for eight contracts and as subcontractor on four awards.

The company will perform services such as strategic planning and operations, foundational science and gap scan and population health-based translation for the Defense Centers of Excellence.

Booz Allen will work on the DHA’s infrastructure and perform inventory management in the Navy’s military treatment facilities for the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.

“Our nation’s Military Health System is not immune from profound changes occurring nationally in patient care, health reform and the pace of technology,” Inserra added.
