CiberLogoRichard Genovese, Ciber executive vice president and chief operating officer, will leave the company to pursue other opportunities after two years in the COO role.

The company will release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2013 earnings results and host a conference call on Feb. 11, Ciber announced Tuesday.

“[Genovese] has played an instrumental role in our successful effort to build a deep bench of talent within our organization that is focused on strengthening our customer relationships” said Dave Peterschmidt, Ciber CEO.

“I believe that Ciber has put in place all the necessary building blocks and leadership to execute its strategic plan for solid revenue growth, margin expansion and a healthy, balanced portfolio of services,” Genovese said.
