Jacobs Engineering has been awarded a two-year oil sands and plant services contract by Suncor Energy Services to work at the Fort McMurray Base Plan in Edmonton, Alberta.
Jacobs will provide management services and plant maintenance support for mechanical, rotating and operating equipment, Jacobs announced Tuesday.
“We have provided services to Suncor at their facilities across Canada for a number of years and are delighted to further the relationship through this contract at the Fort McMurray Base Plant,” said Greg Rumford, Jacobs vice president.
