KofaxKofax has entered into a $4 million sales agreement with a European wealth and asset management firm covering two software products used to build, deploy and manage smart process applications.

The deal covers $1.25 million in licenses for Kofax’s TotalAgility and Analytics software offerings as well as $2.75 million in training, maintence and other support services, Kofax said Wednesday.

Howard Dratler, Kofax’s executive vice president of field operations, said the European organization picked the Kofax platforms to manage huge amounts of its clients’ financial data.

TotalAgility is designed to help enterprises create applications for analyzing, integrating and processing information.

The Analytics platform includes dashboard features for users to monitor the performance of data management applications, Kofax says.
