cyber security imageMcAfee and Topia Technology have partnered to develop an integrated product for organizations to store, analyze and share documents from a mobile device or a cloud computing platform.

The offering unifies McAfee’s Enterprise Security Manager and Topia’s Secure Fabric Platform for Enterprise and was built through a McAfee-led security innovation alliance, Topia said Thursday.

“We expect our joint solution to stimulate powerful new workflows for security and compliance, a key goal of the SIA program,” said Ed Barry, McAfee SIA vice president.

“As enterprises struggle to control and secure their assets across internal file stores, an ever-increasing universe of mobile devices, and a plethora of non-secure cloud storage services they are searching for solutions that allow them to quickly identify and isolate noncompliant data sharing and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information,” said Janine Terrano, Topia Technology CEO.

Topia offers mobile object technology, distributed architectures and systems engineering services designed to manage complex distributed systems.
