Exelis-logo, ExecutiveMosaicA leadership program for veterans developed and launched in January by Exelis, Korn Ferry and Points of Light will kickoff its second session on June 20 and finish June 22 in the Washington metro area.

The three parties will seek applicants for the Leveraging Military Leadership Program through April 11, Exelis announced Monday.

Exelis Action Corps, the company’s corporate volunteer service program, will choose the participants for the program by May 5.

“We have had the privilege of coaching some amazingly talented people who have already made considerable sacrifices for their country,” said Erica Jeffries, Exelis chief inclusion and diversity officer.

“If our inaugural session in January is any indication of the sessions to follow, participants will be able to engage in a valuable professional experience focused entirely on accelerating their successful career transition.”
