Fulcrum-logoFulcrum has been chosen as a finalist in the Tessera category for the 2014 Helios Apollo Awards, which recognize companies in the Washington metropolitan area that work to promote employee development. 

The finalists were selected out of 200 nominations, the company announced Thursday.

“We are extremely proud to be recognized on the commitment to our employees as it has driven our overall corporate culture and is a key element to our success,” said Kirstie de la Jara, Fulcrum human resources director.

Winners of the Helios Apollo Awards will be honored at a breakfast ceremony on May 28 at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner, Va.

“Our program recognizes leaders for their contributions in building organizational cultures that foster employee development and community impact,” said Kathy Albarado, Helios HR CEO.
