Serco Group has appointed three members to the company’s board of directors, with the moves having taken effect Monday.
The new board directors are Mike Clasper, Tamara Ingram and Rachel Lomax, Serco announced Monday.
Clasper is currently the chairman of Coats plc, Which? Limited and serves as a non-executive director at Guinness Peat Group plc.
Ingram previously served as a managing director at Grey Group for nine years until 2013 and is also a former executive vice president at WPP and CEO for Team P&G.
Lomax is currently a non-executive director at HSBC Holdings plc and chairs that company’s conduct and values committee.
She was also selected to chair Serco’s new corporate responsibility committee, which will focus on ethical and governance oversight of the company.
