Tony Prophet Joins Microsoft as Corporate VP for Windows Marketing

Tony Prophet, formerly a group lead at Hewlett-Packard, has joined Microsoft as corporate vice president of Windows Marketing, Geek Wire reported Thursday. 

Todd Bishop writes that Prophet will start his new position in May and will be responsible for Windows Marketing’s ecosystem and assisting clients in using Windows.

Prophet led HP’s printing and personal systems group in his prior role there, according to the report.
