Unisys has released the latest version of its ClearPath ePortal application modernization solution, which includes features for web enablement and mobile access to enterprise applications.
ClearPath ePortal 6.0 leverages the Microsoft .NET environment to develop web and mobile features for ClearPath applications, the company said Thursday.
“As part of their IT modernization initiatives, ClearPath clients want to give their mobile customers and employees anywhere, anytime access to key business applications,” said Rob Cashman, vice president for mission-critical servers and solutions at Unisys.
The release’s new mobile development and execution features include the Unisys Hybrid Mobile Application Build Service for building hybrid mobile applications in Microsoft Visual Studio and an ASP.NET Web Forms mobile theming capability upgrade.
