Tom Dimtsios, former director of commercial consulting at Telos Corp., will now lead the Ashburn, Va. company’s information security and assurance practice, Telos said Thursday.
Dimtsios has been at Telos since 1990 and has served as technical project manager for information protection services, senior enterprise security consultant and as a systems engineer focusing on defense communications.
“In our business, system integrity is an essential part of the commitment to our members,” said David Hufnagel, chief operating officer for Congressional Federal Credit Union.
“For years, we’ve relied on Tom and his colleagues at Telos Corp. as trusted partners in the effort to ensure we meet that commitment,” Hufnagel added.
The information security practice that Dimtsios will lead serves companies in financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and insurance as well as other industries.
