TeledyneTeledyne Technologies Inc., today announced that Anna Segobia Masters will assume the position of vice president of Human Resources and deputy general counsel for Teledyne, effective July 7.

Additionally, Robyn McGowan, current VP and Assistant Secretary of Administration and Human Resources, will leave the company July 31 for health reasons, according to the Teledyne.

Masters will move from the office of Winston Strawn LLP, where she was a partner practicing in labor and employment litigation, to start work for Teledyne.

“I am excited that Anna will be joining the Teledyne executive management team to lead our vital human resources functions,” said Robert Mehrabian, Chairman, president and CEO of Teledyne.

“Anna has advised the company on various employment matters since our spin-off and has the experience and talent to fortify Teledyne’s growth,” he added.

McGowan joined the firm shortly before the company’s late 1999 spin-off.

She played a key role in the company’s transformation from an aerospace and defense-focused organization to the present-day high-tech industrial company serving across multiple markets, Teledyne said.
