Cubic logoCubic Worldwide Technical Services today announced they have been awarded a task order under the U.S. Navy‘s Fielded Training Systems Support contract.

The five-year program has a value of $65 million to provide operations and maintenance support of training devices for aircraft like the MH-60S helicopter.

Al Sargeant, senior vice president and general manager of Cubic Mission Support Services’ Strategic Solutions Group, said that the contract will expand the scope of their support, establishing Cubic as a significant training support provider to the U.S. Navy helicopter community.

“We are dedicated to providing the highest quality support together with the lowest cost solutions to all U.S. services in today’s very tight defense budget,” said Sargeant.

The U.S. Navy’s III Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity contract aims to provide simulation and academic instruction for Navy helicopter pilots and aircrew training at bases across the nation.
