Carahsoft Technology will provide wire data analytics provider ExtraHop with sales, marketing and government contracting support as it offers ExtraHop’s platform to its reseller partners and public sector clients.
“Carahsoft selected ExtraHop as the ideal platform to provide critical IT visibility for its government customers and partners,” Michael Shrader, Carahsoft’s vice president of intelligence and innovative solutions, said Thursday.
According to Shrader, ExtraHop is expected to address the need for visibility that comes with the emergence of cloud, virtualization and other next-generation network solutions.
ExtraHop’s wire data analytics platform is designed to monitor IT operations across all tiers of the infrastructure to extract data on systems performance, availability and security that can be used to make informed business decisions such as streamlining operations.
“Through our partnership with Carahsoft, ExtraHop is now poised to help [government] agencies evaluate, adopt, and integrate IT solutions critical to their efficiency and success,” said Tom Estep, vice president of channel sales at ExtraHop.
