Siemens Orlando Office Buildings to Sell for $14M

The Siemens Orlando officeÂ buildings in Florida will beÂ bought byÂ Owens Realty Capital for $14.3 millionÂ throughÂ Wells Real Estate Fund‘s Fund XIII and Fund XIV Associates, the Orlando Business Journal reported Tuesday.

Anjali Fluker writes that the two buildingsÂ in Quadrangle Corporate Park were built 12 years ago and cover 82,560 square feet of space.

The sale is expected to boostÂ real estate investment activity in the region, the report said.

Siemens has several offices in Orlando,Â particularlyÂ Siemens Energy near the University of Central Florida.

Siemens Energy is a supplier of energy technology productsÂ andÂ services.
