Vormetric’s data security platform has won the gold award for the “Security and Compliance for Virtualized Environments†category of the Best of VMworld 2014.
The judging panel selected Vormetric platform as the Gold winner out of 179 products in nine categories at VMworld 2014, Vormetric said Thursday.
“We’re honored to be recognized as a Best of VMworld Gold winner this year,†said C.J. Radford, vice president of cloud for Vormetric.
“We owe this award to the strong support of our customers and partners as well as the strength of our services, support and product development organizations,†he added.
The Vormetric data security platform provides data encryption, access control management and security intelligence.
The Best of VMworld 2014 awards recognized products in the server virtualization, cloud computing and end-user computing markets.
