Prior to her current role, she served as SAIC’s senior vice president of strategic business development for the global markets and missions sector and senior vice president of business development for the health, energy, and civil solutions group.
Before joining SAIC, Smith served as vice president of marketing and sales at SRA International and prior to that as area vice president of federal sales at Dell Inc.
Earlier, she held executive business development and management positions over a two-decade career with Lockheed Martin (via acquisitions of IBM Federal Systems and Loral).
Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University of Ohio. She has also attended executive leadership programs at The Wharton School of Business and Emory University.
