Neel Mehta
Kara Yarnot is the founder of talent acquisition consulting and advisory services firm Meritage Talent Solutions, where she serves as president.
Her company works with technology vendors and employers several industries and markets.
Prior to Meritage, Yarnot spent more than 7 years at SAIC and most recently served as vice president and director of that company’s talent acquisition center of expertise.
SAIC credits Yarnot for developing SAIC’s employment brand strategy, implementing its applicant tracking system and creating social media recruitment strategies.
Yarnot also holds 17 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition and recruiting at other companies such as Boeing, NVR, CGI Federal and Intel.
She holds an M.B.A. degree from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
