Sidhu writes in a blog post published Wednesday that many organizations adopt multiple cloud-based applications to manage customer service, human resources and accounting functions.
He says that hybrid integration platforms can play a role in addressing cost and risk challenges associated with migrating information technology systems into the cloud.
Such a technology works to facilitate connectivity between apps on the premises and in a cloud environment as well as helps to improve user and customer experience according top Sidhu.
“On-premise integration does not meet all the IT requirements, so does the cloud integration platforms,” he added.
“But hybrid integration platforms that cover both on-premise and Cloud integration scenarios meet all the IT needs.”
