Neel Mehta
Michael Dallara serves as vice president of business operations at Engility, where he leads the company’s operational governance system that contains both policies and a framework for business objectives.
Prior to Engility, he served as director of corporate development for L-3 Communications’ STRATIS division, where he led merger-and-acquisition activities and related special projects in support of acquisitions.
Dallara has served as director of business operations for L-3’s intelligence solutions division and a 10-year veteran of Harris Corp., where he led business operations for a division of the company’s technical services corporation subsidiary.
Previously, Dallara held staff and management positions in finance at Harris’ government communications systems division.
Dallara holds a master’s degree in national resource strategy from the National Defense University’s Eisenhower School and a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in finance and management from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration.
