Neel Mehta
Angela “Angie” Messer, an executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, leads the firm’s digital services and solutions team within its Strategic Innovation Group.
She also leads the predictive intelligence business, which focuses on cyber and global threat missions and oversees offerings to clients in the federal government and commercial sectors across areas such as analytics, technologies, and systems engineering capabilities.
From 2010 to 2013, Messer led Booz Allen’s U.S. Army account.
Her previous work for the Army and Defense Department focused on the acquisition lifecycle in the areas of C4ISR, cyber, logistics and information technology.
A former Army officer, she has also worked in international commercial businesses and launched a software development company. She is also an active board member and vice chairman for the DC Metro United Service Organizations.
Messer holds a master’s degree in management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from the U.S. Military Academy.
