Neel Mehta
Ian Ziskin serves as president of Exec Excel Group LLC, a human capital coaching and consulting firm he founded in 2010Â after a 28-year career as a corporate business executive.
He serves on the board of directors of Axion Health and on the advisory boards at Humantelligence and RiseSmart.
Ziskin also is an executive in residence and adviser with the Center for Effective Organizations at USC’s Marshall School of Business and an executive adviser to Executive Networks Inc.
His previous leadership roles have included chief human resources officer and other senior leadership roles with three Fortune 100 corporations – Northrop Grumman, Qwest Communications and TRW – where he worked to design and implement new business and human capital methods.
He holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations degree from Cornell University, where he held a research and teaching assistantship based on scholastic achievement; and a bachelor’s degree in management from Binghamton University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
