ViON Corp. has launched a new private cloud computing package that offers enterprises a set of resources to develop and manage their information technology infrastructure.
The Agile Cloud Platform suite includes software, networking, servers and storage with management, advanced monitoring and virtualization capabilities, and round the clock customer and technical support, ViON said Thursday.
“ViON’s Agile Cloud Platform offers infrastructure management services to our clients so they can serve their customers without the distraction of IT maintenance and constant upgrade requirements,†ViON CEO Tom Frana said.
The Virginia-based company said users of the Agile Cloud Platform will only be billed for the actual tools they consume.
“Moreover, ViON’s Agile Cloud Platform is offered on a pay-for-use model, which can scale up or down with business cycles, thereby offering our customers substantially lower total cost of ownership,” Frana said.
