Ross Wilkers
Lisa Simeon serves as vice president of human resources for the information systems division of Exelis and is based in Herndon, Virginia.
Simeon is responsible for all HR aspects of the division and leads a team of 50 human resources professionals in strategic initiatives and programs in leadership development, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
She joined ITT in 2001 as a HR manager and previously served as director of talent management and diversity for Exelis.
Simeon has also served as director of leadership development for ITT, where she was responsible for organization design and staffing for the three new companies that resulted from the 2011 spinoff.
Prior to ITT, Simeon worked at Information Systems as director of talent acquisition and development and director of HR operations.
She has experience in employee relations, training and development, recruiting, HR information systems, acquisition integration, diversity, policy development and change management.
Simeon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Long Island University, a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Manhattanville College and an executive MBA degree in Global Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University.
