NCINCI Inc. has received a $12.3 million contract from the U.S. Southern Command to provide IT support services for Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras.

The work will run for nine months with an option to extend for one year, and consists of assistance in the command, control, communications and computer systems activities of SOUTHCOM's Joint Task Force-Bravo, NCI said Tuesday.

The firm-fixed price award falls under NCI’s General Services Administration Alliant contract, with specific tasks including information system planning, acquisition, engineering, operations and maintenance support.

JTF-B's mission is to promote security and cooperation in the Caribbean, Central America and South America regions.

“NCI is proud to assume this vital role in support of SOUTHCOM,“ NCI President Brian J. Clark said.
