Richard Montoni, MAXIMUS CEO, has signed a statement of support for the Defense Department‘s employee service in the National Guard and reserve forces.

Capt. Steve Knight, ESGR director of national operations and plans, joined Montoni to sign the statement at the MAXIMUS corporate offices in Reston, Virginia, MAXIMUS said Monday.

“Our statement of support with the ESGR leadership reconfirms our commitment to hiring and honoring our nation’s service members,” said Montoni.

With the statement of support, MAXIMUS promised to enforce the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act and continue to hire National Guard personnel, reservists and veterans.

MAXIMUS will also equip its managers and supervisors with resources to manage employees who serve in the National Guard and reserve forces.
