Ray Harris
Ray Harris

Ray Harris is chief information officer at Iron Bow Technologies and brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology, management and cybersecurity experience to the role.

He has led the company’s efforts to build an enterprise resource planning system and a central database for managing business functions and performance across the organization.

Harris also implemented a service delivery framework to help the company manage clients’ infrastructure in cloud environments or on-premises.

Prior to that role, he served as a chief information security officer at the Applied Physics Laboratory of Johns Hopkins University and as a director of IT at the Institute for Defense Analyses.

He has also held senior executive positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Computer Sciences Corp. and Kennametal.

Harris holds CISM and CISSP certifications and is an advisory board member for a CiscoComstor alliance.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Norfolk State University and a master’s degree in software engineering from Central Michigan University.
