Charles Davis, a retired lieutenant general from the U.S. Air Force, has joined Seabury Advisory Group as executive vice president of the company’s aerospace and defense consulting business.

He will report directly to President and CEO Christopher Kubasik and work to help the company expand operations and offerings in the A&D market in his new position, Seabury said Wednesday.

He most recently served as a military deputy to the Air Force secretary for acquisition.

Davis has managed complex organizations, defense programs, system development, flight testing and production operations during his 35-year military career.

He also oversaw multiple procurement initiatives related to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, KC-46 tanker, military cyber infrastructure and space launch systems.
