CNSI logoCNSI has introduced a new mobile application and online portal intended to help healthcare providers connect with patients.

The company worked with the Michigan Department of Community Health’s Bureau of Medicaid Operations to develop the myHealthButton app and myHealthPortal technology, CNSI said Thursday.

Sharif Hussein, CNSI’s Midwest Region senior vice president, said the company built the system to “encourage health self-management for the Medicaid population” and help “improve healthcare delivery.”

The applications are designed to help the Michigan Medicaid population access and manage their medical information through mobile devices.

Patients will be able to access digital images of their mihealth cards, provider search functions and diagnoses and provider listings for Children’s Special Health Care Service beneficiaries, CNSI says.

The apps incorporate MILogin system features such as health information security software and support from Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management and Budget.
