He oversees the cloud service provider’s sales and business development activities across the public sector in his role.
Before joining Carpathia, Fleagle managed the state, local and higher education business unit at CA Technologies.
He has also led the business organizations at CA that offer support work for federal civilian agencies and the Defense Department for more than a decade.
