Oracle has rolled out a new cloud tool that seeks to address the security needs and other requirements for financial services clients that seek to migrate their information technology systems.
“Today's savvy financial services companies are looking to migrate their applications to the cloud to take advantage of modern technologies, like social and mobile capabilities,“ Thomas Kurian, president of product development at Oracle, said Tuesday.
According to the company, Oracle Financial Services Cloud is designed for banks, securities companies and investment and insurance firms to carry out transitions aligned with FINRA and other industry rules.
The portfolio includes resource tools for enterprise resource planning as well as customer experience, talent management and data centers.
Oracle Financial Services Cloud is available under the Oracle Industry Applications Cloud platform.
