Karen Sivek Appointed Ensco HR Division Manager

EnscoKaren Sivek has been named division manager for human resources at Ensco after serving in the post on an acting basis since November 2014.

Sivek, a 17-year company veteran, will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s HR programs, Ensco said Thursday.

She joined the company in 1998 as an HR database specialist and later became a benefits manager and a director of benefits and compensation.

Before Ensco, she held HR leadership positions at Eagle Technology and L-3 CommunicationsMicrodyne subsidiary as well as worked for Dun & Bradstreet as a credit reporter.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in human resources from George Washington University.
