Engility Holdings will develop simulation-based war games in support of the warfare training for Pacific Theater forces under a $34.9 million contract.
The company will work to create scenarios, configure training spaces and simulate world environments through command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems, Engility said Tuesday.
The contract contains a one-year base period and four option years and Engility will perform work at Point Loma and Coronado in California and Yokosuka in Japan.
The simulation war games will be used to train the Tactical Training Group Pacific, Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific and Tactical Training Group Pacific Detachment in Japan.
Engility will provide the joint semi-automated forces and marine air ground task force tactical warfare simulation modeling and simulation systems for the training program.
