Neel Mehta
Mara Motherway is the director of special projects at BAE Systems‘ intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance segment and is responsible for the business’ corporate growth and future investments in ISR electronic systems.
Before joining BAE Systems in October 2013, she served as principal strategic adviser to the Defense Intelligence Agency director on C-suite strategic engagement and the agency’s work with the Intelligence Community, Defense Department and policy think tanks.
She is also a former acquisition oversight portfolio manager for the defense secretary and an executive assistant to the deputy chief of naval operations for information dominance.
Motherway has held positions in strategic intelligence and related areas during her 20-plus years of service as a U.S. Navy officer and has also served with the Joint Staff at DoD.
