electronic health record EHRComprehensive Health Services Inc. has been selected to consult and train the U.S. Air Force’s healthcare teams under a five-year, $4.25 million subcontract awarded by Engineering and Computer Simulations.

CHSi will provide medical modeling and simulation training to 2,500 Air Force personnel based in the U.S., U.K. and Japan, CHSi said Monday.

“CHSi is honored to have been selected by ECS to partner on this endeavor because the AFMMAST mission—to use advanced technology to improve health care outcomes—aligns closely with our own company’s mission,” said Gary Palmer, CHSi president.

The program aims to improve healthcare outcomes for patients through the use of learning technologies and methodologies.
