Neel Mehta
Scott Pospichel serves as vice president of business services at NJVC, where he oversees the contracting directorate’s contracts, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics and supply chain groups.
Pospichel also leads the strategic and operational planning, proposal development and execution, negotiations and contract compliance, relationship building and strategic partnerships, process automation and contract oversight activities at the company.
He previously served as director of contract management at Accenture between July 2008 and April 2014, with responsibility in the full life cycle of contract and subcontract management.
Pospichel also performed strategic direction and operational oversight for the contract management, subcontract management, procurement, small business and government property departments while at Accenture.
From February 2004 to June 2008, he was director of contracts and sales enablement at AT&T, where he was responsible for projects for enterprise government clients and interfacing with senior executive AT&T management.
Pospichel holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics and a master’s degree in public management from George Mason University.
