Florida Turbine to Help Aerojet Rocketdyne Engineer Rocket Engines

rocket launchAerojet Rocketdyne has chosen Florida Turbine Technologies to support Aerojet’s rocket engine development program.

The companies signed an agreement that calls for FTT to help engineer Aerojet-built propulsion systems for the aerospace industry, Aerojet said Friday.

Sacramento, California-based Aerojet manufactures technologies designed to power space, missile defense, tactical and armament platforms.

FTT is a developer of turbomachines and components for integration into aircraft engines and space vehicle power systems.
