Concurrent Technologies Corp. and its affiliate Enterprise Ventures Corp. have entered into an alliance with Australia-based Varley Group and its Varley USA subsidiary.
Varley Group said Monday the partnership works to expand its aerospace and defense, specialized vehicles and electric motor and generator technology businesses in the U.S.
“We look forward to developing a long-term relationship with Varley,” said Ed Sheehan, CTC president and CEO.
“The companies share a common mission, set of values, and work ethic that will serve as a solid foundation for collaboration,” added Varley USA CEO Matt Hederstrom.
