Mac B logoDan Gutierrez, vice president of mid-Atlantic operations at MacAulay-Brown, has been promoted to VP of operations for the Dayton, Ohio-based company’s national security group.

MacB said Monday it also named Napoleon Stewart director of military intelligence programs and appointed Donald Chaney director of intelligence community programs within the national security programs division.

Gutierrez will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and expansion and program growth strategies in his new position.

He previously led TASC‘s cyberspace and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support organization and served as a U.S. Air Force signals intelligence analyst for 20 years.

Stewart, a 25-year U.S. Army veteran, will oversee MacB’s support of military intelligence, security and C4ISR operations.

He joined MacB after working in an executive VP role at Global Intelligence and was deputy commander of the Army Intelligence and Security Command before he retired from the military.

Chaney will manage IC and cyber support services in his new role at MacB and previously worked at Northrop Grumman, L-3 Communications and Booz Allen Hamilton.

He spent more two decades in the U.S. Navy, where he supervised information warfare and cyber planning operations and led the naval security group.
