Lockheed Martin and Denmark-based Terma have extended an existing agreement for Terma to produce additional components for the F-35 fighter jet.

Terma President and CEO Jens Maaloe and Lockheed’s Aeronautics Executive Vice President Orlando Carvalho signed the memorandum of understanding at the Paris Air Show, Lockheed said Monday.

“Lockheed Martin has appreciated the good fortune of enjoying more than 30 years of successful relationships with Danish industry on the F-16, C-130, and F-35 programs,” said Carvalho.

Terma will manufacture composite and bonded assemblies for the F-35 in addition to the 11th batch of low rate initial production.

The Danish company inked a 2013 agreement with Lockheed to produce composite and bonded assembly parts for several F-35 variants.
