Boeing has opened a cyber analytics center in Singapore to with the goal of helping government, academic and business organizations to fight cybersecurity threats, Bernama reported Wednesday.

The company also seeks to help its Asian partners to identify new methods and tools to protect information network systems through the center.

Dewey Houck, vice president and chief data analytics officer at Boeing’s defense, space and security business, said the facility is designed to help address the cybersecurity needs of Asia-Pacific clients.

Boeing established the hub to analyze cyber activities, disseminate threat alerts and share data that can help other organizations prepare for attacks.
