Technavio analysts observed government and commercial organizations investing in security service offerings to prevent theft of enterprise information and unauthorized data access, ReportBuyer said Thursday.

The research firm used revenue data on security consulting, software-as-a-service, threat intelligence and managed security services to calculate the industry’s potential market size through 2019.

The report also offers market trend analyses and growth prospects for the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Accenture, CA Technologies, Cisco Systems, Dell, Deloitte, EMC, IBM, Lockheed Martin, McAfee, Northrop Grumman and Symantec are among the security service providers mentioned in the report.
