optiolabsHamilton Turner, Andrew Meister and Eileen Mercilliott have joined OptioLabs’ management team.

Turner, formerly chief operating officer at Sonum Technologies, will serve as director of OptioLabs’ malware research, OptioLabs said Thursday.

Meister joins OptioLabs as vice president of engineering after working at AM Consulting and serving as co-founder and VP of Aether Systems, director of engineering at Mobile Solutions and as a software developer for UPS.

Mercilliott, formerly program and product manager for Good Technology-BoxTone, will serve as director of product management at OptioLabs.

Mercilliott also served as VP at Aegis Mobile and previously as VP of carrier relations and channel sales at LimeLife.

OptioLabs CEO Gregg Smith said the new executives will help the company develop services intended to address customers’ mobile platform security requirements.
