Fleet Management Solutions will continue its deliveries of systems designed to help government agencies handle their vehicle fleets under a new five-year contract from the General Services Administration.
Shelley Lynch-Holmes, vice president of emerging markets at FMS, said Friday the Teletrac company will provide “GPS tracking and telematics for vehicles and heavy equipment.â€
Agencies will use the FMS systems to manage reports, alerts, hours-off-service software and two-way messaging communications.
“We also anticipate the addition of container and trailer tracking, personal tracking devices, key fobs for driver identification and much more,” added Lynch-Holmes.
