Neel Mehta
Sarah St. Clair serves as vice president of people services at Booz Allen Hamilton.
She has been with the company for more than two decades and oversees talent strategy development, change management, staff training, career development model creation, communications, executive recruitment and other human resource management functions.
Before Booz Allen, St. Clair worked for two years as an HR generalist at residential homebuilding firm NVR.
She also held the same position at software company RJO Enterprises, where she led orientation initiatives for new hires and the company’s University Recruiting Program.
St. Clair holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Radford University.
