Roman Hachkowski Joins Northrop Grumman as AOA Xinetics GM; Chris Yamada Comments

Roman Hachkowski, a veteran in optical systems, has joined Northrop Grumman as general manager of the AOA Xinetics business unit.

Hachkowski previously held roles at General Dynamics, BAE Systems, ZYGO and Goodrich before he joined AOA Xinetics, Northrop said Thursday.

Chris Yamada, vice president of aerospace products business unit at Northrop Grumman, said Hachkowski will leverage his experience in optics to help bring AOA Xinetics’ technologies to new markets.

Hachkowski has patented a segmented mirror for an optical space telescope.
