A patch management offering from Shavlik is now available to public sector agencies through Carahsoft“™s General Services Administration schedule.
As a master government aggregator, Carahsoft will provide marketing and sales support to Shavlik in order to draw public sector demand for Shavlik“™s products, Carahsoft said Monday.
Will Jones, vice president of virtualization solutions at Carahsoft, said the partnership aims to offer government customers and partners a service that is designed to help ensure critical patch for an organization“™s physical, virtual and offline machines.
Shavlik works to update a government organization“™s computer systems and provide security fixes.
