cyber hack network computerLockheed Martin and Guardtime have tested a technology designed to help address data threats in military, aerospace and industry.

The companies demonstrated the system’s performance in mitigating data manipulation attempts within a networked mission-centric environment at Lockheed’s Center for Innovation, Lockheed said Wednesday.

“Network, software and data integrity are critical qualities for our products and our customers, and the cybersecurity solutions we’ve worked on with Guardtime combine the strengths of anti-tamper technology and information assurance,” said Ron Bessire, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ vice president for engineering and technical operations.

“This new technology offers great opportunity for enterprise and embedded mission systems alike,” Bessire added.
